Here we are on Day 10. If you notice right now, a lot of these businesses open featuring our businesses are right in my neighborhood, I interact with them on a day-to-day basis. The exchange at 36 is your neighborhood chill spot/grab a bottle of wine/kick it with some people/get some work done at the bar.  On any given day, you’re fine, the neighborhood regulars just popping in. Some can say that the neighborhood feel has been dwindling, but then you come to the exchange, and your faith in the neighborhood connections is restored.
